Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is also known as Indian ginseng or winter cherry. It is a perennial, herbaceous plant which can grow up to 150 cm high. The roots contain alkaloids such as the Anaferin Anathygrin, nicotine, and more. Alkaloids have a stimulating and absorbing effect.
Ashwagandha has been one of the more preferential Indian plants for thousands of years and is increasingly used by young and active people for more concentration and tranquility.
Ashwagandha is free of additives, gluten and sweeteners, and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Suggested Use: take 1 capsule twice daily with 200 ml of water.
