Sponser Sport Food Bicarb Caps, 300 capsules

Sponser Bicarb Caps contain sodium bicarbonate in precise dosage capsules. One capsule provides 1 g of sodium bicarbonate, which increases the acid-buffering capacity of the blood. The capsule-based form allows for staggered intake and individual adjustment to body weight.

This product is ideally suitable for athletes who have to cope with repeated, intense exercise such as sprints, interval training, or steep climbs.

Recommended intake:
The recommended total dose is 0.3 g sodium bicarbonate per 1 kg body weight. 1 capsule contains 1 g sodium bicarbonate.

Take the required number of capsules over at least 30 minutes, approximately 90 to 60 minutes before the start of the competition (e.g., 1/3 of the capsules 90, 75, and 60 minutes before the start). Swallow the capsules with a total of 0.5-1 L of water. The intake period may be extended from 120-60 minutes.

Note:

• Do not take at the same time as milk or dairy products.
• In isolated cases, it may cause gastrointestinal complaints.
• Contains 240 mg sodium per capsule. High salt intake is not suitable for salt-sensitive individuals with high blood pressure, impaired kidney function, or asthma, as well as those who are pregnant or nursing, children, and adolescents. These individuals are advised against taking this product.
