Description
The Mass Gainer from Sponser has been developed for intensive training phases and consists of a high-quality mixture of different carbohydrate and protein sources. The milk and whey protein isolate it contains was carefully produced using cross-flow filtration and supplemented with a casein hydrolyzate. In addition to these important ingredients, creatine, various amino acids and MCT have also been added to round off the powder perfectly.
Application:
Up to approx. 30 minutes before and after training 1 portion each. 2 drinks a day.
Preparation:
Prepare approx. 4 level measuring spoons (60g) + approx. 200ml cold water in the shaker.
Hints:
- Not suitable for growing children and adolescents.
- Not intended for long-term use.
- Weight gain can occur.
