Description

MCT Oil is a versatile liquid coconut oil made from medium-chain fatty acids from coconuts, containing 60% caprylic acid (C8) and 40% capric acid (C10).
It is tasteless, odourless and purely plant-based and is suitable for the ketogenic diet as well as low-carb and paleo diets.

Made without gluten, lactose, palm oil, preservatives or artificial d<es, it allows you to make the most of the benefits of caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10)

Recommended use:

Take 1-2 tablespoons daily

How to use:

In a shake: Combine with a protein shake before or after a workout.
In a coffee: Add to coffee and drink, preferably on an empty stomach.
As a garnish: Ideal for mixing into side dishes or smoothies, salad dressings, yoghurt, etc.

The oil is heat-sensitive and is not suitable for frying.
