Recommended use:

  • The first 5 DAYS (followed by the maintenance phase):
  • The rule of thumb is 0.3 g of creatine per kg of body weight per day!

Dosage:

  • 60-80kg: 20g creatine per day
  • 80-90kg: 25g creatine per day
  • 90kg +: 30g creatine per day

MAINTENANCE PHASE - As needed (use for a max of 3 months, then take a break or at least 3 weeks):

  • up to 60kg: 1.5g per day
  • up to 70kg: 2g per day
  • up to 80kg: 2.5g per day
  • from 90kg: 3g per day
