The Protein Pancakes by ESN are a great protein-rich alternative to conventional pancakes. The baking mix is also low in fat and carbohydrates and quick to prepare.
The ESN Protein Pancakes can be enjoyed at any time - in the morning after getting up, for lunch or dinner as well as a protein-rich meal for in between.
For 3 - 4 pancakes, mix 100g Protein Pancakes powder (weigh exactly) with 200 ml water and stir to a smooth batter. Leave the batter to stand for 2 - 3 minutes. Heat some oil in a non-stick frying pan. Then pour the batter into the pan in batches and bake over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
