Description

Protein Pizza

  • Gluten and lactose-free
  • With 22% carbohydrates
  • Prepare with water
  • Use for pizza, flammkuchen, chips or crackers.

Preparation:

  • Knead 140 ml water into 100 g of the baking mix into. Knead for about 3 minutes, or mix with a hand mixer to create a smooth dough.
  • Let rest about 10 minutes, covered. Roll out the dough between two strips of baking paper. Remove the top sheet of paper and cover as desired. Cook for 10-12 minutes at about 200-220 ° C (convection oven).

Contains at least 30% fewer carbohydrates than comparable products.
