Good for stress and sleep
One of the best ashwagandha on the market. I take 3 caps spread out through the day. It makes me more calm and gives me more energy. It takes a while before the effects are noticed, important to remember to take them regularly. I sleep much better since I've been taking them.

Works good
For me and my mom it works really good. I recommend, especially for the women 40+ and 60+.
