Description
This practical energy sachet is ideal for longer endurance exercises. The sweet coconut flavour pampers the palate, while a lot of carbohydrates are combined in the form of proteins. In addition, the powdered powder has been enriched with vitamins, minerals and the amino acid L-glutamine but deliberately avoided artificial sweeteners.
Application:
In addition to other meals, take one portion every 3 - 4 hours.
Preparation:
Dissolve the contents of the bag (45g) in approx. 150ml of water.
