Description
This drink powder offers high-quality magnesium from the German brand MAGNESIA. The magnesium is in the form of bisglycinate, which is a pure chelate that the body quickly absorbs as a fruit drink. Recommended intake:
Stir 6.5 g (1 measuring spoon) into 150 ml of water and drink once daily. It is recommended to take it with a meal, ideally in the afternoon or evening.
