The CYRACOS® contained in the 3 Chenes Somniphases® consists of lemon balm extracts that are highly concentrated in rosmarinic acid and hydroxycinnamic acids.

The L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (L-5-HTP) included in the product, is a precursor of serotonin, a neurotransmitter.

Essential lavender oil contains the following main ingredients: linalyle acetate; Linalool, limonene and cineole

The California Poppy Escholtzia, also called the California Poppy, belongs to the same family as the red poppy and contains alkaloids (Californidin).

Recommended use:

• During the day take 1 to 2 tablets.
